COMMUNICATION * COLLABORATION * COMMUNITY
OGCP is celebrating 20 years of existence and 20 years of caring for Olde Gahanna.
The Olde Gahanna Community Partnership (OGCP) is a group of dedicated businesses, organizations, and residents who work together to promote the opportunities and address the challenges of the downtown Olde Gahanna community.
Over the years, the partnership has emerged as an involved community group working towards the downtown Olde Gahanna development and revitalization, and commitment to community. Membership is encouraged and appreciated - but not required - monthly meetings are free and open to the public.
We realize it can be difficult to keep track of everything going on in the area. And it can be confusing with different groups, departments, and all those acronyms of local organizations! Keeping track of who does what, what questions go where, and who can help you answer which questions can make your head spin.
Our monthly meetings (second Weds morning of each month) are a great place to hear input from mulitiple goups, organizations, residents, etc. We stay in touch and engaged with city officials at the City of Gahanna, the Gahanna Convention and Visitors Bureau, Creekside Development, the Chamber of Commerce, and other community groups. It's a great place to start learning your way around if you're a new business or resident; stay up to date on things going on; or bring a specific question to be answered. And there's coffee! Always coffee!
We're also constantly thinking of new and creative ways to showcase our community to Gahanna residents, and introduce our community to people outside of Gahanna. Events such as Paws in the Plaza invite people to enjoy the area, dicover the shops and attributes, and plan to return often!
Whether you’re a business owner, a business manager, a property owner, a local organization, or a resident, SUPPORT THE DOWNTOWN GAHANNA COMMUNITY and stay educated and involved with your neighborhood.
